After latest patch with multiple monsters each fight sometimes they respawn after you kill them. Happened both with minions monsters and normal monsters.

I'm using an axe that requires 50 dex and a ring with +11 dex. My base dex is only 44, so I need the ring to equip the axe. When I unequip the ring, the axe turns red and doesn't give me any damage. This is expected, but when I now reequip the ring, and my dex is back at 55, the axe is still red.

Surely, that isn't supposed to happen.

Also, I'm now stuck because my weapon is defective : )

Well, my inventory is full and I have no other weapons to replace it with. That places me in a difficult position where I can't win any fights to get a new weapon either

I managed to win a fight at last, by using all my potions, so I'm alright now. I do think that this deserves a fix however, seeing as it leaves one almost completely useless

Iv'e encounterd a bug:
when attacking with enchanter (low lvl about 2) an enemy with staff that hit dmg for 0-1 the creature regain life (equal to dmg) on the event log below it was writen you hit for 1(2) dmg but the creature regain life plus Iv'e encounterd an event where iv'e killed en enemy and begun killing the second one the first creature re-appeard and begun attacking me I cant tell any info of the event cuz I was "In the heat of battel" =)

I'm experiencing this too. I encountered two banshees (and some other monster). After killing the other monster, I started with the banshees. I killed one; fine. Start attacking the next - and the first banshee raises from the dead! I get them both down to 1 HP. Kill one. Kill the other, the first one respawns. Kill the first again, the other respawns. Repeat until bored.

I'm having a serious problem with monster HP regeneration
I know they spouse to regenerate life the character doesn't attack them
but!
they started to regenerate life after something like the sixth round regardless if they were attack before that or not
meaning:
Round 1) the battle start
Round 2) I shoot monster go forth
Round 3) I move to corner monster go forth
Round 4) I go to corner monster move towards me
Round 5) I shoot monster near
round 6) I teleport Monster regenerate life
and so on making it very hard to kill a monster that if I miss will regenerate life
plus I've encountered again the bug about the no damage
the board below say you hit for xXx but the monster doesn't receive any damage... and regenerating scary stuff

It's not when the character attacks the monster it stops regenerating, it's when the monster attacks the character.
And I believe the monster not taking damage is because you are doing less damage than it heals itself for, so there won't be no damage number over the monster when they don't lose life that round (life gain - damage >= 0).
Or have I misunderstood?
